In that case, the third party is obliged in the agreement to ensure for the transferred personal data the level of security no lower than in force at PAREM SP. Z O.O.

We store the personal details: until handling of the issue notified by you in the contact form is completed, until withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data by the user, however, with a reservation that this right to be forgotten is restricted in certain situations resulting from separate provisions, for a necessary period imposed on us by separate provisions of law, e.g. tax legislation, for a period specified in personal data protection terms and conditions, depending on the purpose for which it was collected (provided by the user)

IP Address

The data about the IP Address are stored in system logs of the http://www.parem.pl Website, and they contain the website connection date and time. This information is used mainly for statistical purposes concerning the number of visits and for online security, and in certain cases enable personal identification of a single user. 

Glossary of useful terms

The descriptions below should not be understood as strict definitions. Their aim is solely to approximate certain terms used in this document.

Cookie - it is a small piece of information placed by a server on user’s computer, which can be read by the sever at the subsequent access from that computer.

System log - information sent by user’s computer to the server on each access, it may contain various data (e.g. IP number), which can be used to determine more or less accurately the location from which the access was made.

IP Address - an individual number, normally assigned to each computer connected to the Internet; the IP number may be permanently associated with a given computer (static), or assigned to it for a given connection (dynamic).

SSL protocol - a special standard for data transfer on the Internet, in which the transmission is encrypted, contrary to a normal transfer, where the transmission uses open text.
